For years we have been building an atmospheric place right on the Old Market Square – and on the plate, simple filling food straight from Bohemia.
We draw Pilsner Urquell directly from tanks installed on site – unfiltered and full of character, straight from the brewery in Plzeň, made by people who have devoted their lives to that tradition.

A board of our finest meats for 3–5 people: schnitzel, ribs, roast and sausage, with Czech dumplings, red cabbage, fried sauerkraut and gravy. Our portions are generous – this one feeds the whole table.

A legend of Czech brewing straight from the tank – fresh, unpasteurised pils with a deep aroma and a gentle sweetness. Brewed since 1842 to the original recipe from Moravian malt, Žatec hops and the soft water of Plzeň.
Golden colour, thick foam and that unmistakable bitterness – every sip is the essence of Czech taste. Our 500-litre copper tanks stand right in our dining room, and a tank is drunk within two weeks of filling – you can see the freshness before you taste it.
Booking is not required – the room is large and tables usually turn over quickly, so we can normally seat you. We do recommend it at weekends and during match screenings, when it gets genuinely busy. Call us on +48 668 306 200.

Our signature is unpasteurised Pilsner Urquell straight from the tank, from the brewery in Plzeň. We pour it the three Czech ways – hladinka, mlíko and cochta – and the list also has řezané pivo with dark Kozel plus bottled beers.
Tank beer is unpasteurised and naturally carbonated during fermentation, which gives it a softer, more distinctive taste than bottled or keg beer.
